All of our staff are recruited through a rigorous procedure designed to pinpoint the qualities we are looking for in our cleaners - namely a conscientious approach, good work ethic and politeness. And of course, our cleaners must want to be cleaners - this is vital.

TRAINING
Our staff all go through a company induction programme before being put on any of our contracts - this includes a module on customer satisfaction awareness. This induction is followed up with specific to contract training : on site training prior to commencement , at no cost to the client. Staff also receives new equipment training when appropriate and have quarterly refresher training. We Love Cleaning actively encourage all of our staff to undertake external courses to raise standards even higher and promote understanding of all cleaning issues.

HAPPY STAFF
We also endeavour to run our business along the principles of co-operation, with all staff participating.
