We Love Cleaning Ltd was founded in October 2004 by Shaun and Nicola Kelly - with the sole aim of building a cleaning business that provided a service both would be happy to use themselves.

Shaun had worked for 18 years with the Jessop Group Ltd, helping to create and manage their Distribution Centre in Leicester.

Nicola had worked for Benson Box of Leicester and the Stead and Simpson Group, working extensively with clients and performance assessment.

Together they have a wealth of knowledge in the management of staff and providing superior levels of service to customers - believing that keeping things as simple as possible is the key to success.

We both, at one time or another, were let down by cleaning companies who had made bended knee promises that the latest problem would definitely be the last. We began to wonder if we couldn't do a better job ourselves - and here we are! Since starting with our first client (Geopost UK Ltd - Parceline) in November 2004, we have grown rapidly, and now have clients throughout Leicestershire - ranging from solicitors offices to industrial sites. We believe that businesses come to us to provide a solution to their cleaning problems, because we understand both sides of the coin - buying in services and providing one. Shaun Kelly

Everything we do, in terms of recruitment, training, operating procedures, is geared towards providing our clients with the best service possible. We are determined to make a difference, to give a level of service that exceeds customer expectations and makes us proud to have done so.
